Why do I have no signal when my hdmi port isnt broken?
I have taken apart this ps5 to change the liquid metal and when I did now there is not signal. Here is a picture of the port:

Try and boot it into safe mode, if that doesn't work you might have forgotten to reconnect something when you put it back together again, might be worth opening it up and checking for anything damaged or missing.

It wont even show anything in safe mode. Do you know of anything specifically that could be unplugged that would allow the hdmi not to work
I've never taken a ps5 apart, but talking about electronics in general it's so easy to forget to plug something in, or damage something unwittingly
I really appreciate your help but I need to find something specific I looked through the Ps5 5 times and haven't found anything.

you should check the monitor/tv for any problems with the port or check your wire for any damage and also check that no pins for any ports are missing

Ive done all of that and still nothing
Did you check the Panasonic chip?
I am having a similar problem with a PS5 i am repairing. i have also check HDMI port and the Panasonic chip still nothing. Im not sure what else to test to see if the problem can be fixed. i know its not the tv or the HDMI cable, i have used them on other repairs and it works fine. any help would be amazing.
