MacBook Pro can't turn on, Magsafe light still lights up

Hi there! A few days ago when I opened my Macbook Pro mid 2012 Retina 15", everything worked fine, but only after a few hours leaving it charging, it suddenly became a brick. NVRAM or PRAM, SMC reset doesn't work, unplugging the battery doesn't work as well, I've got no response from the Macbook at all. The only thing that still "works" is the light on the Magsafe charger

Opening up the under case, after a bit of inspection I've noticed when plugged in, these resistors warmed up, with the one marked red became blazing hot, even capable of melting plastic bags.

Is there any way I can fix this, or this motherboard is now dead? And if so, what could be the cause for this? Thanks in advance!

This is likely repairable! The capacitor in question is C8356 which is part of the GPU power logic 68UF 20% 16V Poly-Tantalum. It might be the Synchronous Buck Converter (SiZ710DT) is shorted out which I've seen a few times.

Can this be the reason for the excessive fan noise this Macbook has? Whenever booting up, after just a few minutes the fan goes full blast, sounding like absolute chainsaw (not like regular fan noise on full blast, it literally sounded like chainsaw noise)

@liangthanh2112 - If you ran the onboard diagnostics I'm sure you'll find it will error out. When SMC encounters a critical error it will often go into CPU Safe Mode which will ramp up the fans and lower the CPU's clocking to prevent further damage. So simply, yes your fan going into warp would be expected too!
