New touchscreen I've ordered seems to be defective.

I just ordered and received a touchscreen for my Fitbit Versa Lite to replace my old scratched up screen. After I installed the new screen, there is no display. The backlight will come on sometimes but there is still no display. I've checked and double checked the connection of the ribbon cables and even reconnected my old screen to test. The new screen just will not turn on. How do I get this replaced or am I SOL? Thanks. - Order #US2874642

Sounds like a defective display. I would contact iFixit Support to get a new one sent out.
