Why can't I hear a caller without using the speaker?
I cannot hear the caller but the caller can here my on my Samsung 8 Plus cell phone. What happened and how can this be fixed?

The top speaker near the selfie camera may have broken over time. Odd, but it is probably easy to replace once you have the replacement part.
Edit: I put microphone instead of speaker

Right idea, but don't you mean the top speaker rather than the top microphone? Here are instructions for replacing it.
