No wifi grey out problem

I been reset many times & restore from factory setting but its seem i have the same issue that my wifi didnt work & its turn into grey hope you can help me for that because ive keep on searching from the other site but still i cant find a solution for that..,

You need he wifi chip reflowed or replaced.

Many time replace WiFi chip but after replace wife chip WiFi working few minutes then mobile restart automaticity and then WiFi grid button disable please guide me what can I do ?
