MacBook wont boot after RAM change

I bought a pair of 4GB Crucial DDR3 - 1333 (PC3 10600) ram memory, I installed it but when I turn on my Mac, it doesnt start, the screen is black and emits a beep. I tried changing positions, but nothing, when I mixed one crucial and one stock ram memory, boots normally, tried with both sticks and starts normally, but Im losing 3gb of memory, what do you recommend me?

PD: Sorry for my english, Im not a native speaker.

PD2: Its a unibody MacBook White 13" mid 2010 with OS X Lion 10.7.3

Your machine uses PC3-8500 DDR3 Min. RAM Speed: 1066 MHz

It appears you have gotten RAM that's to fast for your machine.

thankyou, but why one ram works but not the two, shouldnt both or none work?

完成的

The RAM bus is now independent of the CPU FSB (front side bus). The RAM bus speed is determined by the slowest chip/stick installed and the crystal setting the bus pace. Thus it makes perfect sense for both old chips to work and/or 1 new with 1 old, but not both new chips of the wrong speed to work. On most modern computers the memory controller has moved off the Northbridge.

I guess I can sell a friend the other one, but, there's no problem using just one and one?, I mean, In mot going to nave any problems by using one 1333 and one 1066?

I would sell both new chips and purchase 2 of the correct speed. You will get better performance out of your system.
