My Motorola instashare projector for my Moto Z4 is not functioning I'm going to guess the recharging light lights up says full battery but then when I try to turn it on nothing not even the fan will turn on what should I do and don't please don't tell me I need a new one

Make sure that all of the connectors on the bottom at the back of the projector are clean ensuring a good electrical connection with the phone.
Then try a reset and check if that resolves the problem. Press and hold the Battery check button for 7 seconds until the green light starts blinking.
