My Macbook Pro was working good but how the dvd was not working I decided open it and cleaning, I did every thing like manual but when I resembly back and I tried to power up it doesnt do nothing, no light, no sound, nothing. and the light on power cord is green and baterry has charge. I would like to try turn it on the other way without pouer botton. Please some Help

First open the top case again and ensure the ribbon cable from the keyboard is not damaged, and that you have the connector fully connected. Do not screw down just yet, just press the power button.
The two pads are located near the edge of the logic board just above the center of the HD it's marked PWR BTN. The pads are separated by a short horizontal white line. SHORT ONLY THESE TWO PADS

Thanks for your answer. I thought the problem could be the ribbon cable but I got a new one from ebay and it didn't work. I also took out the mother board to see if I missed any connections and everything looks good. Now I tried to screw down PWR BTN but it didnt work either. It's wierd the Macbook was working good before disassembled
