if you manage to successfully recover your google account, you can try to hard reset it.

1. Hold down Power + Volume Down and pick the Power off option to disable the device.
2. Then press and keep the Volume Up button and the Power key.
3. you should be at the menu that has multiple options, you should use the up and down buttons to scroll, and the power button to select.
4. By using the Volume rocker pick the Wipe data/factory reset procedure and click the Power key to accept.
