LG drum and agitator won't spin on wash but only on drying cycle.

Hello, I purchased an older model of the LG fuzzy logic washing machine approximately in 2012 (T1303TEFT1). It has been trouble-free until yesterday when I noticed an issue with the spin function in both the WASH and RINSE settings. While the motor appeared to be functioning, the drum and agitator don’t spin but motor is working. Interestingly, during the drying cycle, the drum spun properly and dried the clothes as usual.
