It sync but it doesn't turn on, what's going on?

Hi everybody

I bought a new Ipod Shuffle 2g yesterday. I can sync from my macbook and do everything if it's connected, but when I try to turn it on, it doesn't work.

What's going on? I re-installed the firmware 3 times but i doesn't change nothing.
