@ch10rpower try a different input cable. Faulty HDMI cables can cause this. Also, try the other video inputs and see if it does the same. If it still does and if your TV is a Samsung UA40F5500AM like you selected, then there is a chance that this is either a failed T-con board or a failed main board. Most likely it is the main board. You could try to measure the voltages on your T-con board, but for that we need to see the boards to help you with that. 在已经存在的问题里加入图片
