You can try recalibrating and/or cleaning the joysticks, but neither method is guaranteed to work, and both are temporary solutions. If you want a permanent fix, you'll have to replace them with joysticks that don't drift. GuliKit sticks are one option (and the only one I know of). They apparently don't quite feel the same as Nintendo's joysticks, but they use hall effect sensors instead of potentiometers, rendering them essentially drift-proof.
