Stuck on restart and green screen

when I shutdown my laptop after using from hours the display turn black but indicator lights still blink so I have to do force shut down with power botton And if I restart my laptop, it’s stuck on restart. After sometime the green screen appears

Hi @gurie

Some things to try to resolve the problem.

Run an sfc /scannow command to make sure that all the system files are OK.
Disable fast startup and check.
