@christiancasias seems like you left us an incomplete question. What year is your Accord? What engine size is it? AT or MT? What does or does it not do? Any sign of life? You double checked your work and made sure all wires are reconnected etc>?
Try disconnecting you batter while leaving your headlights on wait ten minutes then reconnect the battery AFTER turning the headlights off and see if that helps.
