It’s a bit of a chore as you need to remove the logic board to gain access to the assembly which sits partway under it. If you review the older 2016 teardown here you can see it in Step 19 带功能键版本的 MacBook Pro 13寸 2016年末款拆解 which is exactly the same setup
But before you do this what is your problem as there maybe an easier fix.
