Joystick, touchscreen, power not working after motherboard replacement

After I replaced my 3DS's motherboard, it's not receiving power from the battery, the joystick only works horizontally and scrolls up for around 5 seconds when I turn it on, and my inputs on the touchscreen seem offset to the right. I've tried recalibrating the touchscreen and joystick. The calibration for the touchscreen says it works, but it doesn't, and the joystick calibration doesn't work at all since it only works right and left. All of this worked before I replaced the motherboard. I've also gone back in and reseated both the touchscreen and joystick ribbon cables.
