Why wont my Wifi and bluetooth turn on?

So recently my phone has been doing this thing where it will not let me turn on wifi or bluetooth.

I've tried everything i could think of, and i even searched google to find answers but none of them worked.

I've tried:

Shutting off my phone, and turning it on again.

Tried to turn it on by dragging down from the top corner to the right.

I read somewhere that I could try and reset my network settings, but if i go into reset on settings, it wont show me all the options of reseting, it just says "reset"

Updating my phone.

Turning airplane mode on and off several times in a row.

None of them worked, and im really annoyed.

Can someone please help?
