@nicktree85 yes and no. Yes , your panel itself is okay, but (big but) your panel driver may not. A failed T-con board would not give you a picture on both sides. Of course, like anything else in life, things change. So, who know Philips may have something up their sleeve. Anyhow I would check the voltages on the T-Con board. Specifically, you want to find VGH on the T-cno board. Measure that with a multimeter in DC mode. Then you will have to go and find it and measure it on the driver boards. Those are the boards that are connected to the LCD panel via fine ribbon cables. The are not removable (by the DIY'er) Let us know what coltages you can find.
