Why does my Mac randomly sleep over and over while being powered up?
My Mac does fine all with literally everything else, except every minute or so, it sleeps. I Can wake it up and log back in as normal- but then it sleeps again. Sometimes getting as bad as it flickering in and out of sleep and being awake.
(Sorry my video is a Tiktok, only video I have of it. I don't wanna power it back on because of the risk of something bad happening.)

Make sure the sleep settings are set the way you want.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Lock Screen in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
To set the amount of time that should pass before your computer goes to sleep, do one of the following:
Click the Turn display off on battery when inactive pop-up menu on the right, then choose an option.
Click the Turn display off on power adapter when inactive pop-up menu on the right, then choose an option.
