Windows 10 USB bootable boot very slow after automatic repair error

My laptop had initially an issue with the automatic repair of the operating system.

When I attempted to power it on and off multiple times, it went into a black screen error missing boot media. After adjusting the bios setting, now it finds the booting operating system but is unable to successfully complete the automatic repair of the OS.

I am trying to format it with Win 10 USB bootable that I created with Rufus. But it boots very slowly. In fact other USB booting that I tried such as Bootable Ubuntu, and AOEMI Backupper also boots very slowly.

I am wondering what can be the problem. I was expecting USB bootable at least should function smoothly. Please advise. Thank you for the support in advance…

Try disconnecting the hard drive(s) and see if it boots up off the USB flash drive any quicker, to eliminate a defective hard drive as the cause of the problem.

I'd it possible that you did have fast boot up on and then when you did your repairs it was automatically turned off. Also have you tried using a different USB slot.
