My MacBook Pro m1 2020’s Touch Bar has a hairline damage happened. Only left half of my Touch Bar is functioning properly. Right half of my touch bar along with my touch id button is not working now. My question is, if I get my Touch Bar replaced with newer one, will my existing Touch ID button work with newer Touch Bar

if you have good replacement parts, it should be fine
PLEASE NOTE: touch id will no longer work due to it being paired to the logic board and can't even be replaced with a touch id sensors for another macbook pro!

Venkata & @timtomissus - To clarify! The TouchID sensor is part of the Power Button not the TouchBar unit. Replacing the TouchBar won’t disrupt the TouchID. You do need to be careful! Removing the Power Button/TouchID before you remove the TouchBar. The ribbon cable is easy to damage so go slow and carefully.
Reference this guide Step 21 MacBook Pro 13" Touch Bar 2019 Logic board Replacement and after removing the logic board gain access to the screw which holds it.
