When on it's like the down button is stuck I can after a few minutes c

I can hold menu button in and move around but when let go it scrolls down all the time

Hi @nineball58,

Please confirm the model number of the TV?

Try removing the batteries from the remote control and check if you can scroll through the menus OK using the controls on the TV instead.
