Moped engine only starts with choke then dies immediately

The other day as I was riding up the street from my house my Fa50 just bogged out and died. Now when I try and start it it acts like I'm hammering on the throttle. I have removed the carbcarburetor cleaned it and tried to adjust the idle screw and air flow screws. I blew air through all the jets. But now it kicks on (only with choke on) revs really high like I'm gasing super hard. Then it dies. Would really love any information you could provide. There is nobody in my area that will even look at it.
