screen goes off after 30-45 minutes
MacBook screen goes off after 30-45 min of use. keypad, touchscreen and speakers working but screen goes off after some lines appearing on screen. rest everything keeps working. need to keep it close for half hour, then again it goes off after 30-45 min of use.
If you plug in an external display does it continue to function after the internal shuts off?
You may want to try shining a flashlight into the screen at an angle to see if you can see a faint image of your desktop and it’s icons.
