The phone does not turn on
the phone does not turn on. it charges, but when I turn it on, the engine vibrates twice and nothing happens. What's wrong with the phone?

I'm leaning toward this being a screen issue just based on what little information we have.
@tree sponsore, what happens when you plug it into a computer? Is it recognized by iTunes? If so, I would probably start by replacing the screen. Since this is an older model, replacement screens are inexpensive and readily available. Here's the guide to follow.

Don't forget some screen adhesive; get a couple just in case it gets messed up or you end up needing to open the phone up again for some reason.

How do you know it's charging if it doesn't turn on?

@strongbow would say its recognising the charger if it vibrates, maybe a screen or backlight issue
