Display replacement for MacBook Pro Late 2013

Hi,

I am looking for a display replacement for my MacBook Pro, but the prices are way higher than the value of the computer.

So, I have some questions:

1. Do you know where I can find a display for this Macbook at reasonable prices (a fully function MacBook pro like mine costs £200)?
2. Are there 3rd part displays, non-retina that, could fit in this computer? An IPS or similar display.
3. Is it possible to repair a damaged screen? (I doubt it ... but it is worth asking)
