Stu Parker this looks like an error on your LCD driver board. those are the boards that are directly connect to the panel with some fine ribbon cables. They are not DIY replaceable since they are attached via a special process. It could e a failed gate drivers on the panel itself, a bad board or a failed tab. For now, check the top of the LCD panel where those wires connect. See if there is any obvious damage. You can also try and push on those "TABS" and see if that makes a difference. Post some pictures of that with your QUESTION. Also, if you can, get the numbers of those driver boards. There is only very limited information available but sometimes we get lucky with those.
