I need help in choosing the led backlight strips of my lg webos tv.

My lg webos tv uj651v 42.5 inch tv has permanent blue tint meaning it's time to replace it's back light strip but i also heard that Vestel company who supplies the parts ends up making it cheap quality so i should also change the entire led back light array for safety. Is that really necessary and also what good quality strips i should look in to that would be compatible and how many rows i need and how many leds on each of it.

I know next to nothing about this subject so what i'm saying is basically what i got from the internet and local vendors, if there is more information i'm missing about strips please tell me like is there a millimeter difference, any info would be much appreciated.
