Wifi isn't working

Please clarify your question.

By not working do you mean:

WiFi won't turn on?

Can't detect WiFi networks?

Can't connect to WiFi networks?

If WiFi is not turning on try using the phone in safe mode and check.

If still not good try a factory reset and check - Note the caveat about the FRP lock and erasing your data when you do this.

If still no good it is a hardware problem. Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?

If WiFi is turning on and not detecting networks try using the Wifi on the phone as close as possible to your WiFi router i.e. <10 cm and check if it detects the signal OK. If it does, it may be an antenna problem in the phone.

If turning on, detecting but not connecting to networks see not turning on above
