Why is my picture cutting out.
It'll randomly cut to a black screen and then continue as if nothing happened. I thought it was a power supply issue, so I cleaned the pins that connect the power supply to the board, but I still have the same problem

But did you bend the pins?
Dreamcasts we’re notorious for the power supply disconnecting due to heat build up. The solution was to bend the pins that connect the supply to the board. Don’t go mad, just bend each one at a very slight angle so when connected back up the pins are pushing in the connector against each other if you know what I mean. See if that helps. I did it when I had one and didn’t have any problems afterwards.
