The GE freezer isn't cooling enough

The GE part WR14X26746 COVER EVAP ASM 30 replaced because the freezer wasn't cooling enough and was making a humming noise. It was good for 24 hrs only and now it doing the same thing again.

GE fridge serial GNE21FMKPFES model hs329785 i have only had it for 7 months . Any idea what it could be?
