Replaced the flash hard drive on my iMac recently, everything works fine except no audios, check the audio device from "system report", but nothing is listed there. I checked again connections between two speakers and logic board, it looks fine. So, what could be wrong? Any thoughts or suggestions?

I suspect in the process you knocked the cable connection as outlined in Step 52 in this guide iMac Intel 27" EMC 2639 Logic Board Replacement Also make sure the cable and the contacts are not damaged.

@danj Hi Dan, I did check it and it was connected well, what else could it be?
@lovecd - un-do the connection and look at the connector contacts, if you can take a picture of each side so we can also see the interface surfaces, use something to rest on and lots of light! 在已经存在的问题里加入图片

Hard to see the discreet contacts but they are likely OK as I would have expected a bit of a shadow across a bent pin.
So... Let's check the headphone jack. Do you use a headset or external speakers? The socket has a set of switches (see image above) Its possible the contacts are messed up or dirty.
@danj - Hi Dan, yes, tried headphone jack (with headphone and external speaker), no signals received by either one of them. So, if the contacts are messed up or dirty, is this socket replaceable?

@danj - Hi Dan, here is the update, before replacing the socket, I just did a PRAM reset, you know what, audio does come back and everything is working now, no idea if something was messed up earlier. Anyway, thank you so much for your time and guidance.
