Mathew Saiam this sounds interesting. The board you listed as lT.R85.819 comes back as a universal board for 32-50 inch TV’s. Take the back cover of your TV and take some good pictures of all boards and wiring as well as all the labels on the back panel and on the inside. Post those pictures with your QUESTION. You will need to edit that. That way we can hopefully identify what you got going on there. Right now it appears as if your TV does have issues with the power supply. Where did you measure the voltage drop? Check the power supply with a multimeter and see what it shows you.
