Happens this on iPhone when you power on it stays so for 3 minutes about and after it goes on power off and restart. I made also a video about this.

@pikachu95 looks like your video is listed as private. Anyhow, this sounds like a typical battery error. Replace the battery with a new one and re-evaluate.

@oldturkey03 Most likely the battery as it is the only part that communicates its status to the CPU on the 4 series.
