@sapphire911 it sounds like you need a screen replacement since there really isn't a good repair for a broken screen. Use something like this video to help you with it. Replacement screens like this are available at lots of places for around $60USD

a tip for the day on home page of ifixit says apply clear packing tape. l would try a most damaged area small as possible 1st to see if it interferes with finger digitizing action.
