It is unusual that WiFi would be greyed out without some sort of a hardware fault. However, if the issue did not exist prior to the display replacement, I would reseat all the connectors. As best I can tell the iPhone 13 does have some antenna related connectors in the vicinity of the connector for display sensors. I would also have a look and make sure it didn't seem as though any liquid was in the phone anywhere.
Otherwise, I might wonder if there was some underlying damage, which was worsened by the repair (not through any particular fault of your, just normal repair related strain) , or pry related damage from removing the screen. I don't have any documentation for the iPhone 13 series other than an unlabelled board view, so not sure what sort of components might be in the area of those display connectors.

this is impossible, greyout WiFi was before, just You didn't check. There is a possibility of blocking by a faulty parameter, but it should also apply to bluetooth. Check it out too. Most often, similar problems come after falls and crashes, does this phone have a broken back and screen? I guess so. In this case, to eliminate the probability of damaging the interposer, desolder the sandwich and check the connections (preferably in the test frame and start the phone).
