How to repair Evenflo revolve 360 stuck

Directions state:
First, squeeze the recline adjustment handle (located behind the car seat) and adjust the car seat into the fully-reclined position – even if you plan to rotate the seat for forward-facing use. If you are having difficulty reclining the car seat, try the following: squeeze the recline adjustment handle, pull up slightly on the back of the car seat and then push down quickly and firmly on the car seat back.
Once the car seat is in the fully-reclined position, squeeze the rotation handle and rotate the car seat to either the rear-facing or forward-facing position.
Please note that the fully-reclined position becomes the fully-upright position as you rotate the car seat into the forward-facing position.

Thank you very much. It was very helpful & fixed the car seat.
Thank you I was losing my mind and now I see the black handle where the rear harness is for the seat. This worked I did not even realize that was there.
That is not helping me. Seat is stuck. Been this way 3 days
Hey so I had to very forcefully pull on the back of the seat to get it unstuck. Enough force that I thought I was going to break it and it released
Try some 99% isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs
Very unhelpful. The recline not working seems to be a very big issue... enough to have video instructions for it. All the other useless videos don't explain how to fix this issue.
Their support is non-existent, through chat or phone calls. As a company that makes products for children, you'd think they'd be more responsive.
