Why is this accessibility menu showing up and how do I stop it
how do I stop this randomly appearing on my screen whenever I am using the tv? I have seen an answer to this question but the problem was a fire stick which I don’t have plugged in so I don’t know how to resolve this issue. It has been appearing on my screen for about a week now. I don’t know what model of television it is but I know it is a new-ish Samsung tv

The model number should be on the information label on the back of the TV.
Try taking the batteries out of the remote control and check if the problem stops
