Cranks but won't start. Fuel pressure on rail but No fuel to engine.

1987 Ford F-150 5.0L - I have replaced the front fuel tank, in-tank pump, Fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, vacuum reservoir, and computer. Engine will start with starter fluid but won't continue running. I have fuel pressure on the rail. Approximately 34psi. I started replacing parts when I couldn't get the engine running after changing timing gears and chain, water pump and harmonic balancer and then the engine wouldn't start. I discovered rust in the fuel filter/fuel tank and began replacing those parts listed above. Now, I have changed everything but the fuel injectors. Is there anything else besides the injectors that I need to diagnose/replace that may keep the engine from starting?

Also, I have replaced both relays. The ECM (computer) relay had stopped working. When I turned on the key the fuel pump relay was working but not the ECM relay next to it therefore there was no fuel being pumped up to the engine. Now, both relays seem to be working properly and I am getting fuel to the rail.

So I checked the fuse box diagram and I do not see such a fuse. Can you give me more information about which fuse it is?

I'm unfamiliar with Ford 5.0L engines and presumed injectors are fused from general info as well as having an '03 GM 3.0L V6 with EFI - it has one fuse to power all six injectors. The ecm commands which injectors fire.

Is your engine using separate fuel injectors (one per cylinder) or a single throttle body injector? You may be better served joining a Ford F150 forum(s) and ask members with the same engine for help.

@jonnydoe is the truck throwing a code? You'll have to look up the video on how to read them, as I'm pretty sure you have an OBD1 connector, not an OBD2. You'll use a paperclip or piece of wire to jump two of them together, then watch something on your dash flash out the codes.
