Screen is not responsive after charging.

Good day all,

My iPhone was working up until this point. The phone was placed on the charger after the battery died. After fully charging, the screen is not responsive. It is lit, phone is on but the touch isn't working.

Note : My home button wasn't working for a while so I had to use the Home button function via the accessibility settings so I don't think I can do a hard reset without the actual home button.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
