Laptop not working on battery?
I bought brand new Lenovo ideapad without os and it wont run only on battery.
Will the instalation of the windows maybe help?
When its pluged in it works and boots up.

This sounds like the battery’s cable isn’t connected to the logic board. Was this a laptop that was bought second hand, or from a store? I’d see if you can report the issue from where you bought it from and see if you can get an RMA for the device, that way you won’t violate any warranty you might have.

Its from a store.
Definitely try and bring it back and explain the issue you've been having. Make sure you have your receipt, and you explain that the laptop would not work out of the box. Chances are they will be awesome and try to fix it or replace it for you.

Also if it previously worked and just stopped look on the bottom of the laptop for a small pin sized hole. If it is there, turn off the laptop, flip it over and hold that button down for 30 seconds. That is a cell cycle reset and should fix it. I’ve seen it multiple times at work because we use Lenovo products.
