loads the home page, then flashes red & green turns off and restarts

My tv gets to the Panasonic home page then loads the home page, then flashes red & green and turns off and restarts…. Please help! It’s been in the factory 3 times and they say nothing is wrong with it as it works @ their site

You have a capacitor that went bad and can no longer provide full power. you will need to find the bad on(they have a X on them and it should be flat not ballooned out) and un solder it and buy that exact one to replace it.
