My laptop does not turn on with or without adaptor

I have Acer Aspire 3 A315-32-C5HQ laptop, when the power adaptor is plugged in it shows the stable orange light but it does not turn on,  I have tried resetting power, also tried turning it on whith just the power adaptor only but I always get the same outcome

When I press the power button the charging light goes off and on back again but nothing happens 

I also tried charging it for over four hours but the charging light still remains orange but this time it blinks 

Please help
