My tower wont boot up. The light comes on but will not start.

When I push the power button it lights up but will not boot up.

What is the make and model number of the desktop PC or the motherboard if a custom build?

Is this a new setup or an existing working PC?

Can you hear the fans start up?

Can you get into BIOS on startup?

What have you tried?
