I did a factory reset & nothing works

I did a factory reset and nothing works now. Playstore, googleplay won't download. Wifi is connected and internet will not work. I updated all the upgrades and sti having a problem.

I updated it several times. Android Version 4.0.3.01.5.0010 Application version date 1.1.16

This looks like the only one available or shows up.

Are you able to update the Android (operating system )?You will need to re-enter your Gmail account
