Xs max earpiece grill dented

I just bought XS MAX and after 3 days I noticed that the front earpiece grill is dented. it's pushed inwards but the speaker is doing fine. I'm concerned about whether now my xs max is waterproof or not. I checked it by blowing air from mouth to sim slot area it was air tight no air was passing at all which means its waterproof but I'm still concerned about it anybody help me and tell me that the dented earpiece grill can cause phone to lose water resistant or not. (sorry for my English)
