1 MacBook Air not turning on
I have a 2017 13” macbook air that isn’t turning on no matter what i try. Ive attempted to reboot, enter recovery and safe mode, let it charge (charger light is on and orange), disconnected then reconnected the battery, cleaned dust from the inside and tried resetting the SMC. I even tried gently hitting the four corners and rubbed the keyboard side to side as suggested in a few other forum posts but nothing has worked.
There’s no startup or shutdown sounds, no sign of the fans being on and the display isn’t on a low brightness.
I’m not the best with computers but looked at countless forums and none of the solutions have worked for me so is there anything else i can try before looking to get it professionally repaired? There has been no other problems with it so was surprised that it wouldn’t turn on this morning (was working fine the night before).
