So, inspired by TronicsFix youtube channel i have bought some broken PS4 consoles and now im trying to fix them. So as soon as i’ve opened optical drive, a little black gear fell out and it seems to fit nowhere (https://prntscr.com/1gq5wng - image of that piece as a link because i can’t upload photo on my mobile for an unknown reason)
Is that even a PS4 (CUH-1004a) piece?

That looks like the interface for the disc emergency eject mechanism to me. At the bottom of this comment is a link to the emergency eject guide on Playstation website, should give you an idea of where that should go based on where the drive is located in the console. Not entirely sure how that came out of your console or would go back in unfortunately, I never looked at how you would remove it in the first place.

That was it, thanks man, i would never find it without your help :) Also, that really is weird how that thing travelled from its place to the insides of optical drive lol
