No signal - isolated as hardware problem

I’ve tried different cables/outputs (HDMI/DP), a Mac/PC/Android tablet. The screen on the laptop blanks out for a second as it normally does right before the monitor mirrors/extends the laptop display.

The display isn’t detectable on the computer at all.

It’s maybe been used a month across 4 years.
